By creating an account or using BoostDaShop ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Dorya LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States.
2. Description of Service
BoostDaShop is a SaaS platform that provides:
- Product price tracking across supported marketplaces and suppliers
- AI-powered listing generation tools
- Profit margin calculation tools
- Market and product insights
- Smart alerts via email and messaging channels
- Data import/export capabilities
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Account Registration
- You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@boostdashop.com.
- You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits or restrictions.

- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
- All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes.
- Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store payment card details.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Access continues until the end of the billing period.
- No refunds are issued for partial periods.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Copy, redistribute, or misuse platform data
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to access protected systems
- Bypass usage limits or restrictions
- Resell or sublicense the Service
- Violate third-party platform terms
- Upload malicious code or disrupt the Service
- Create fake accounts or abuse the system
You may only use the platform to manage and optimize your own listings and store activities.
7. AI-Generated Content
The AI features rely on third-party systems. You acknowledge that:
- Generated content may contain inaccuracies
- You are responsible for reviewing content before use
- We do not guarantee compliance with marketplace rules
- Usage limits may apply depending on your plan
8. Marketplace Data Usage
BoostDaShop uses official marketplace APIs, including eBay APIs, to provide its services. The platform is strictly intended to help users optimize their own listings and store performance. Users agree not to use BoostDaShop for:
- Monitoring or tracking individual sellers
- Extracting or reproducing marketplace data outside of their own usage
- Building competing databases or analytics tools based on marketplace data
BoostDaShop does not provide tools to track specific sellers or listings. All data provided through the platform is intended solely for improving the user's own listings and operations.
9. Third-Party Services
BoostDaShop interacts with external platforms and data sources. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these services, including eBay. You are responsible for complying with their respective terms.
10. Intellectual Property
- The Service and its components are owned by Dorya LLC.
- You retain ownership of content you create.
- You grant us a limited license to process data to operate the Service.
11. Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months.
- We are not responsible for decisions based on provided data or tools.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or misuse. Data may be retained for a limited period before deletion.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, United States.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
